"Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. "Sehr sauber und freundlich. Nach vorn raus gibt's eine sehr laute Bar, wer es ruhiger möchte, wählt das 'Gartenzimmer' und nimmt vllt mich Ohrstöpsel mit 😉 ich komme gern wieder!"

"Very small inconvenient room, no coffee maker, no iron, nothing found in the room except the bed!! No room to move or even put your bags, no cupboards… can’t move in the room!! Literally a small box. Don’t recommend at all."

"Loved Faik Pasha Suites. The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough to help.it is in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping and a ten minute waalk to the tram. So glad we stayed here instead of in the busy downtown area. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Nuru Ziya Suites this week. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle....

"Struttura difficile da trovare ( nessun cartello indicatore) , si presenta ben diversa dalle foto e bisogna essere fortunati a trovare qualcuno per la consegna delle chiavi. Per il resto, in relazione con il prezzo pagato. La mia stanza, praticamente era sulla strada , ma in quella zona dí Istambul e' normale. Non consigliata ai cardiopatici in quanto la zona è in salita. E' ideale per giovani e non pretenziosi. Ottima la pulizia."
