"The shuttle to and from town was very helpful and the staff are friendly. The beach nearby is beautiful and the walk along it into town is easy. The room itself was clean enough but a bit run down. It was difficult to sleep with people passing by and the blinds didn’t keep the sun out."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"No kitchenette as mentioned, only old microwave with couple of cutlery sets. Mould found in bath room, with unpleasant smell. Hard to fill up kettle with the old style basin set. "

"Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Hugh, whose charisma, kindness, and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. He is an absolute sweetheart and a real asset to the team. "Poolside room with pretty terrace. Lovely outlook. Heated pool with nice warm spa. Great room and pool side service. Loud music from bar next door a little annoying first thing in the morning but wouldn’t stop us coming again. Loved it here."
