"Everything about las brisas was great! We got a junior king suite with ocean view which was great. Restaurants, the pools, the drinks, the staff, the snorkelling right at the beach. Everything was top notch. One thing to make sure of, bring decent shoes for walking around the resort, Its not flat. Although there is a shuttle thats always driving around you can hop on to get around if you dont feel like walking."

"The room was very clean though very basic no tissues, no coffee maker or coffee in lobby. The staff was great Victor greeted me with a friendly smile and even though it was a few hours before standard check-in I was allowed to check in to my room as Victor said it was ready. He helped me with my luggage and later in the week helped booking some tours. I called 2 days before my arrival to make sure everything was paid for and there would be no issues, n everything was set. Vanessa set up transport for my airport pickup event sent me an email with the information of my taxi driver and also included a picture so I knew exactly who was picking me up which made me feel not only cared for but also very safe as I was traveling alone. Both Victor and Vanessa were just truly amazing in every way from recommending the best places to have breakfast and lunch to calling a taxi to pick me up in the center so they could bring me back to the hotel. Truly great people w/ excellent an above and beyond service. Would not only recommend but would stay there again :) "
