A fantastic hotel.

10-15 walking distance from downtown, very quiet, nice pool, friendly staff, room very clean, it has a small fridge and microwave, the breakfast included was excellent and the waiter extremely nice.

Nice propery. Rooms spacious with good amenities. Breakfast option is small but good . They only had i think 3 tables. But would retuen. Pool was nice too. Rooms have good lighting and closet space. Overall very satisfied.

Very clean lovely hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a plus. Very good hotel for a decent price. The only improvement I would suggest is to invest in a whole bunch more comfortable sun loungers for by the pool.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering the price. Clean rooms and facility, friendly staff. Good amenities- refrigerator, microwave. It is very noisy, however, so bring earplugs for sleeping.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfasts. Great location, walking distance to La Crucecita, restaurants, the supermarketand many other places. Great pool. Wish they would have supplied at least one bottle of water when we first arrived.

Staff and service are excellent. Extremely clean room and areas. Wonderful location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Only thing I could say is there are no lounge chairs at the pool area. Isabela who looked after our room was perfect. A great place to stay if you want to see the town of La Crucecita

Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Decent location!

The room was great with comfortable beds, a microwave, a dining table, and a small fridge with a separate freezer compartment. There was also a tasty breakfast included each day. A nice yet busy pool. Our room on the ground floor was noisy because of the pool and the closeness to the lobby, stairs and elevator. The hotel is compact in size. All the staff were great and really friendly. One does need to be careful in the shower as the tile floor is slippery. The hotel is a convenient walk to downtown Crucecita. Would we stay again? Yes.

A gem of a hotel located in a residential neighbourhood close to almost everything. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the front staff. They shared important information along with a personal tour of our room and facility amenities. Room was super clean, spacious, great fridge, comfy beds, nice bathroom (albeit it could use some more shelving and hooks) and our patio doors were right outside the pool. Pool and facility was kept super clean. Buffet breakfast was decent and the staff were very personable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 day stay and have already recommended it to others. Gracias!!!

We have never been to a hotel in Mexico that didn’t provide at least some bottled water. The pool and outdoor space was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean but the hallway was very noisy with the open stairs ending right in front of our door. One of the nights there was a howling dog at one of the neighboring properties which due to the design of the hotel echoed throughout the whole place for over an hour incessantly.
