Very clean room. Close to lots of food options and shopping. Rooms facing the main street can be a bit noisy depending on your tolerance level for nearby nightlife.
Clean room and bathroom, though showing a bit of wear. The towels were quite frayed, and could probably stand replacement.
Comfortable bed, with both a ceiling fan plus air conditioning for comfort. Strong wifi. An elevator which is unusual, and welcomed for carrying luggage and such up and down.
A convenient location, only a six minute walk from the bus terminal. A bit of street noise, but not too bad. In an area surrounded by restaurants, shops and a short taxi ride to the marina.
Was a 8 night stay , hotel was great price per night as only 8 months open , beds are firm, everything in la crucecita walking distance, very central location, would recommend Terracotta restaurant, great food with reasonable tourist prices
The location is excellent. The room was adequate, a chair for the desk would be nice. A couple of drinking glasses would also be nice as well as a hand towel. The staff were very helpful and the place is spotless clean.
Would like to see if they could place a set of towels for hands and a some plastic cups, the reception area was hot, no A/C in that area room was clean and the service is very good
Small hotel but it had an elevator, unheard of in most of Mexico. Friendly desk staff, fairly quiet at night. 4 blocks from the town square, lots of good restaurants and good street food in the park across from the hotel. Only negative was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room or in the hotel.
The staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The bathroom was extremely small, and I repeatedly hit my arms while trying to shower. There were four of us in the room, yet we were given only one towel. When I requested additional towels, the receptionist questioned why I needed more, and I had to explain the situation. The towels were old and visibly worn out. We were also required to leave our room key with the receptionist every time we exited the building, which felt inconvenient and unnecessary. In addition, there was a leak in one of the rooms, and the entire lobby and elevator area were flooded. On a positive note, the location was great, close to restaurants, shops and zocalo and close to where locals hang out, which is exactly the experience we were looking for.
It was a very basic room but it had what we needed for a one night stay. There was a balcony but it was large enough for only one person to walk out the door and stand on. Whenever we left the the hoyel we had to leave our room key with the front desk agent, which was different. But the service was good and they were very friendly.
