Good, central location! Easy to walk around the city center. However the rooms facing the street are way too noisy, be prepared to listen the late night karaoke from the building across the street. Pool and terrace were closed for renovation. At the end, we had some troubles getting early morning taxi to the airport despite being promised a line of taxis at the front of the hotel.

We arrived and the room that was reserved was not available. We were offered another room that would not be available for about another hour. We agreed to wait and stated we would return in an hour and a half. We returned to find out that the promised room was not available and were given another room. On the second day we were offered the promised room. This room did not seem to have the bathroom completed. The issue at times was not all the bathroom supplies were provided. The air conditioner unit in last room did not cool the room as well. The positive was the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the dining area were excellent. Very accommodating and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it provides so many businesses within walking distance. Giving an average rating as the room was clean, but needs to be completed properly and all bathroom supplies be provided. Also great breakfast buffet.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Staff is not welcoming at all. Cleanliness was not great either ! There was so many live bugs and scorpions everywhere on beds restroom and everything. My husband made the hotel aware of this and they were careless so we just had to go. The same day we arrived we checked out. I can’t say one good thing about the hotel. The only thing that was nice is the area where it’s located because it’s in the center of a lot of good restaurants and many things to do. Also when we checked out hotel said they will refund and that was a lie because they didn’t want to make a refund. Overall I know scorpion bites aren’t deadly but it’s very unpleasant and I am pregnant and have two kids and I wasn’t going to put anyone in my family through that unpleasant experience. Beware !

El personal del lobby tiene 0 de servicio al cliente. No son hospitalarias , no sonríen , no explican a los huéspedes cómo funcionan ellos. Al checar nuestra salida la recepcionista nos preguntó por nuestros controles para la tele y el aire acondicionado , que era la misma persona que nos hizo check in . Rudamente nos preguntó por los controles le dije que nunca nos informó que los teníamos que regresar al lobby, solo me contestó que los clientes se los roban, a lobby cuál yo le contesté tengo mejores en mi casa en nuestra estadía de 3 días , 3 veces tuvimos que llevar los controles del aire acondicionado a recepción por qué no trabajan. Tengo que mencionar que la única persona que fue amable, servicial y nos arregló el problema de los aires fue un señor que nos asistió una tarde , desafortunadamente no tengo su nombre, pero hizo lo máximo 2 vueltas al lobby para arreglar nuestro problema.

Hola ! No ofrecen el servicio de cuna como tienen anuncio en la página, es muy importante por qué los que viajamos con niños buscamos ese servicio y llegamos al hotel te dicen que no tienen cuna y no ofrecen ninguna solución, solo ponen un solo servicio de mini shampoo y mini jabón, solo dos toallas y no hay jabón para manos el lavabo aunque sea una habitación de 4 personas, los canales en la tele no se ven claros y la alberca principal estaba sucia, el chapoteadero estába limpio. Y termine con picaduras de pulga en la pierna enla única noche que pase ahí, no diré que fue el hotel por qué viaje en ADO y tal vez se me subió en el transporte o tal vez si estaba en el hotel, pero por si la dudas revisar antes. La ubicación es excelente es el único punto perfecto. El personal es indiferente, no es amable y tampoco grosero solo indiferente apenas contestan lo que preguntas.

Nos tocó un hotel remodelado por lo que esta todo en buenas condiciones, muy limpio, agua caliente en todo momento, aire acondicionado funcional, personal amable, en la parte baja se abrió un VIPS por lo que si gustas ese tipo de alimentos podías bajar o ellos te llevan el pedido a tu habitación o a la alberca que por cierto estaba limpia, con agua tibia , gran ambiente. No está más el decir que el hotel está justo en el centro de crucecita, todo a la mano.
