The property itself is fairly clean, although it could do with some work in the grounds area, weeding etc I did really like the old look of the reception, lovely to see. The room itself was clean and tidy. Overall, I would definitely stay again and would recommend for a great priced stay."

"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"
