The property itself is fairly clean, although it could do with some work in the grounds area, weeding etc I did really like the old look of the reception, lovely to see. "Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"
