"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"

"The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. A crib was provided for our toddler, which was a thoughtful touch, and the space was perfect for our family. The location was convenient—close to public transportation yet very walkable, with plenty of great dining options nearby. "

"Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks. "

"Beautiful decoration of both the hotel in general and the room. The room was slightly on the small side but very nice. The restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast, however although the service was good I disliked the 15% service fee applied. Although the norm for the US, it is certainly not"

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"This hotel was amazing! From the first moment you walk into the hotel- the staff great you with hot towels and are so amazing! The rooms are so nice. Beds are a little firm but rooms are a great size. The favorite part of the experience was Vas. Best doorman in London!! Very friendly and personable. Would stay here again just for him! "
