" I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. "This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel. Although admittedly I was at the back of the hotel which would be quiter in any case. The staff were welcoming, professional and extremely helpful with check-in and check-out being effortless.
