"Overall a good stay. But AC off upon arrival and it took 7 hours before the temperature was bearable to sleep (5 pm arrival). Nice atmosphere at the pub with great food and service."

"I was really impressed with the Holiday Inn Guildford! As soon as you walk in, the hotel feels beautiful, spacious and luxurious. The amenities were excellent, and the whole place had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a little touch of luxury, and I really enjoyed my experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Everything was very good, food great, breakfast great, staff very helpful and friendly, room, bathroom and bedroom clean, warm and comfortable, pet friendly only thing we think £20 per dog per night is expensive, but other than that brilliant,"

"We enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very helpful. The room was a little on the small side, but as we were only there 2 nights it was fine. The hotel has its own licensed dining room, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food we had was very good. The room was clean and well sticked with tea, coffee and biscuits. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, however "Bills" is situated within the hotel building and serves typical...

"Conveniently located inside gatwick South Terminal"

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...
