"Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres...

My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. "Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. "

"El hotel está muy cómodo. El personal es muy amable en general. Los chicos de entretenimiento son geniales y sus dinámicas y los shows para animar a los huéspedes muy creativos y profesionales. La comida muy rica y las bebidas son muy variadas. No me gustó que tuvieran costo adicional las camas en el área de alberca y playa aunque sí estoy de acuerdo en reservar para evitar abusos o malestar. Nos sentimos muy agusto y estamos satisfechos en relación al costo por nuestra estancia."

"We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … "

"Un hotel con una excelente ubicacion 10\10 a 5 minutos del muelle, centro, restaurantes y enfrente de una megacomercial (para poder ir a compara lo necesario). La poca playa que tiene es suficiente para poder tomar el sol, el mar o alberca natural que se forma es genial, nos encanto. las habitaciones comodas, amplias y con lo necesario. Es un hotel rustico y creo que necesita remodelacion en baños (algo que es costoso) pero sin problema regresaria al mismo hotel sin dudarlo."
