Cozumel Beach Resorts from RM307

"We had a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Pool needs a little tile work. Staff was so fun! Suny and Jessie were our favs for activities. The breakfast and lunch were pretty good. The snack bar at pool needs work! Terrible menu and food. You got rid of the club sandwich, burger dry and over cooked. No guacamole or chips and salsa on menu. Should also have decent nachos and maybe a couple more sandwiches. 2nd restaurant would be welcomed. Booze is ok. Could use a little better quality. No Wi-fi in the rooms is ridiculous. I would stay longer if I could work from my room. It’s 2026. Wi-fi is a must. Overall it was a good stay for the price. "

"My room had ants all over the bathroom sink and in my bed and while I understood this was a cheaper place I won’t be going back there again. "

"They don’t offer a refrigerator for your room, they make you rent one, no water was offered, you had to buy it at the front desk. When asked to have a water while waiting in line at the front desk they said they didn’t have any water available but water was sitting right behind the desk. After receiving the refrigerator we had to rent, the staff plugged in the refrigerator and it started an electrical fire in our room. We asked to be moved to a different room and they didn’t want to accommodate the request for some reason but did only after demanding we be moved. Nonetheless, we ended up booking a different hotel. Sadly I’ve never stayed at a resort this poor before. There are. Better places to stay for the same money. Don’t book this resort. "

"We had a pool and ocean view from our patio on the second floor. View was beautiful room was clean, we had everything we needed and more! The staff is very friendly and accommodating Overall resort was great we would definitely go back!"
