"I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel"

" The hotel is very clean and pretty. Staff is nice. Family friendly was so so wished they had some water slides. Kids tried the wipeout but that didn’t last much. The wipeout is the inflatable on the water. Kayaking was fine with an adult of course. Paddle boards are from 16 yrs old. Snorkeling was ok. Seaweed and dark water ruined it. Went at end of September and the beach was meh. Had maybe two days at the end with clear water. Seaweed smelled and ruined the beach stay. Pool and property is...

"The property was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The food and the amenities at the resort were top notch. However, there were a lot of mosquitos in the resort; apparently it was due to the rain. Right behind the property (outside), there’s a residential area that can be a bit noisy. "
