"I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos."

"The hotel is beautiful. The pictures did there job. Everyone was so friendly and sincere. My butler Misa was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring a bubbly, you never saw him without a smile. Me and my guest was celebrating our birthdays and he surprised in so many way from cabana decor, room decorations, and during our restaurant reservations. We were so lucky to have him. Thank you for an amazing 40th birthday trip!"
