"Breakfast was delicious but I'm disappointed and feel taken advantage of due to the cost that Expedia charged me for breakfast vouchers. The breakfast vouchers we paid for when we booked our trip on Expedia we're more expensive than what they comped us at the restaurant. The breakfast vouchers which were $50 we're only good for up to $26 at the restaurant. So we were totally jipped. Seems like somebody is pocketing the money for unsuspecting guests. Also the voucher they gave us was only good...

"This place was a great set-up for the room. We requested a two bedroom suite however, there was no door for the second room, but it was upstairs in a loft type layout so we made it work. Staff was great with an early check-in. The location was close to shopping food places. The downside was the room, particularly the floor was dirty. We didn’t eat the free breakfast,‘or use the amenities, but there was a pool and basketball court onsite. "

"Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"

"Breakfast was good, didn't seem like the usual reheated breakfast meals that most hotels have. Pool was amazing, stays heated at 80 degrees. We booked hotel on accident, but turned it to be a nice little trip. Only down side is they charge for parking, not sure why, you would think it's included since nightly rate is not that cheap. Hotel staff was nice, although for some reason some of the female workers seem snappy. Over all nice/clean hotel. "

"Remote controls dont work well, clocks are always wrong with no way to change them, ice melts in the fridge (no ice machines they give ice), garage elevator was broken, smelled like Marijuana on our floor, painted over damage in the shower that was leaking, which makes me worried about mold. Staff is nice and beds are comfortable. "

Unfortunately we arrived late and had an early morning appointment for which we needed to rest. So we did not have time to hunt for another hotel. We booked 2 nights and checked out after 1 . We barely slept. No staff on duty in the morning to complain to. Just some virtual terminal that did not acknowledge my complaint or...

"Nice hotel, great location. We walked across the street to John Wayne Airport. Staff was nice, it was unbelievably hot, but air-conditioning kept room nice and cool. We would definitely stay there again."
