"The property is kind of old and not up to standards "

"I arrived late - around 11:30 - after a long flight. The shuttle had stopped running from SNA, so they offered to send a Lyft. I arrived at the hotel, and was told that the hotel was "sold out" for the night. I had booked the hotel MONTHS in advance and it was very strict on cancellations. Didn't matter, there was no room for me. And the woman behind the desk was like dealing with a 13 year old teen girl, with no grace or understanding. She couldn't even explain what had happened, just kept repeating "sold out". So they sent me up to the Anaheim Hilton instead. I got up there, didn't want to come all the way back down, but they would not let me out of my reservation for the remaining days. I highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel if you want a guaranteed room when you arrive, or any customer service at all. And I'm a Hiltons Honors member! "

"Everything was great for the 4 nights I was here except for the hot water of the hot tub and shower. The water did not stay hot for long "

"There were 3 people standing at front desk- only one with a customer. I stood in line next to be helped however not one person greeted me even after standing there over 5 minutes waiting to be checked in. The other two were busy in their computers - but not with guests, a simple hello- be right with you- would have gone a long way. The next morning the same experience- not friendly- offered one guest a treat from the counter but not me. Just odd- would prefer not to come back to this property although the property itself was lovely. "

"We checked in late. It's strange that the front desk is not open. Not even during regular hours. The lady who checked us in had no hospitality. People were coming & going at 11pm. Sketchy! My friend & check in. She takes both of our credit cards but charged my card twice for both rooms. I figured maybe it's a mistake. I'll wait until it clears. We go to check into our room & the key card don't work. I tried both cards multiple times. I go back to the office, she resets & says try again. I do, still don't work. She comes up the stairs & says the lock probably needs to reset. We unload & leave for dinner. We come back & there is still people out. People with backpacks, look like they are sneaking around, etc. Again, my key don't work. I had to ask the front desk guy to open my door. We are ready for bed & there's knocking next door, more people with backpacks. At this time, I can't sleep thinking about the what ifs. Around 3am, I wake my husband up because I think I hear gun shots. He said it's fireworks. I think he was trying to calm my nerves. I am exhausted the next morning. Didn't feel safe to get a good night's rest. As I go to check out I tell the front desk window, I have 2 charges on my card. He said you were only charged for 1 night on our end. To call my bank to deal with it. I get a receipt and leave. I call the front desk on Tuesday because both charges cleared my account. They said both rooms were charged & I have to get the $ from my friend. SMH. Don't recommend!!"
