"In the morning of our departure, we did not have time for breakfast in the dining room so we ordered an early packed box by 5:00 am in the morning. As the meal was not received on time I rang reception and was told that I had to pick up the meal myself. Secondly, I had ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 diet cokes to be delivered o our room and for $66,00 we got 2 drinks in a glass and 2 sandwiches with filings of poor quality. I could have done much (extremely) better had I ordered the same...

"The ocean view with balcony is grate, overall room fine. However, mould around the bath needs to be removed. Lights either side of the bed should work. A bit noisy on Saturday night with the load music from the ground floor. We did not appreciate the cleaner bagging and opening the door at 8:55am asking if we were leaving ? "

"We had a 4 night stay in a deluxe room with balcony on the 3rd floor. Room was neat & tidy with a comfortable bed. Only negative was the outside traffic noise. Main lift was out of action. 2nd lift went to 2nd floor. We were offered free car parking for the inconvenience. Check in was quick & friendly."

"It was a great location and very convenient for the purpose of my stay. I was very happy that i was given an upgraded room from.a queen to a delux king room. BUT the down fall was all the time you could hear running water in the drain systems as the room was on ground floor. I have stayed at this hotel couple other times abd didn't have same issues with hearing the water. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again"

"Great location, central to restaurants, shops and public transport at your doorstep. Quiet overall, checkout at 11am so no mad rush in the morning to leave.
