Some of the furniture was chipping away, online it was shown there was a pool advertised when there is no pool available. Food from restaurant was nice. Although the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was brown specs of a substance on the backside of the door

The 24-hour reception was convenient for my late check-in, and the staff member found me a car park even on a busy long weekend. Great view from the room, and excellent buffet brekky!

Nice Cozy stay, fair for its price and location that is close to every CVD attraction, loved the near 2P parking spots where we safely parked our car all night after strolling the city all day. There's a kids' playground across the street. One thing only, although the room was clean but the Curtains were so old that the second we touched them they ripped off. The swipe room access card kept turning inactive, not letting us in most of the days.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I was quite miffed that the only piece of cutlery in the whole room was one tea spoon, and the room service/dining service was not available all day without explanation. This was a bummer and meant I had to go out and get food and disposable cutlery. Easy online check in and check out.

Good stay in good location.

Good stay, location easy to find and close to public transport. We had a choice to opt out of housekeeping to get some freebies at the end of our stay but unfortunately nothing happened when we checked out. Still a good incentive if it works.
