"I was contacted a few days before my arrival about my arrival time, which was 9am. I was told that my early arrival would be passed to the relevant area of the hotel. On the date of arrival, a room was already ready for me at 9am, though the official checkin time was 2pm. I very much appreciate the proactive and customer-focussed attitude of the hotel reception team. With the early checkin, I could have more time enjoying the Adelaide city."
