"Clean room Staff wonderful Great location"

"Breakfast was an issue was available until10:30 however when arriving at 10:00 no one was checking on what needed to be topped up and several heated dishes were empty. When querying was provided with the items, juice levels were almost empty. Also the meat and cheese in the cooler looked as if they had been there several days -as they were as we had the same experience all three breakfasts. Contacting front desk/housekeeping on the phone was impossible as no one answered. "

"We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That said, the bed was comfortable and the location was very central. "

"Located near laneway dining and coffee shops. The staff were great and helpful. Clean, safe and I has a washing machine. Great value."

"we have been upgraded to a top floor room: great lay-out of the apartment, with uninterrupted ocean views. the apartment would be great with a little bit more of maintenance: walls and doors need a coat of paint here and there. some amenities in the bathrooms (we had 3 !!) would go a long way. pity only one of restaurants was open: it looks like the other one is often closed. overall a great place to stay, with friendly staff and parking available at ground level. "
