"Wonderful newer hotel close to the cool MacCurtain Street area. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room cleaning was hit or miss - not bad just not what we expected. Staff was excellent!"

"Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins....

"Great place for young couples on city break or mingling professionals. Wouldn’t recommend to older couples or to families. Lounge is a good vibe though table service could be more attentive. Beds are a bit soft for my liking personally. Showers are amazing!"

"I would recommend this hotel. The only downside of this place is no onsite or near by parking. You need to park in parkades that are about a 10-min walk from the hotel. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it."

"While the strong point of this hotel was its central location there were many issues. The lift was very unreliable on the way up with door closing after a few seconds of opening. The life then wouldn't return and I had to climb 7 flights of stairs to where my room was. The shower hot water was unreliable, it would come one for one minute and then go cold. "Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . "

"Good hotel if you’re looking for somewhere near to Cork city centre for either Cork visits or a base for wider touring of the area. 5-10 minutes walk from the centre and there was parking on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was good. We didn’t have other meals there so can’t comment beyond that.
