"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."

"The rooms left a lot to be desired. The beds sank the moment you say on them. The faucet in the bathtub and sink leaked constantly. The curtains were barely hanging on. The door was loose with no safety chain."

"Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and contain coffee making and all bathroom amenities. Have stayed before and will stay again. Only slight issue is maybe a little more variety for breakfast. "

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"My family visited during Spring Break and we booked the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and the location was accessible to gas stations and restaurants. The jacuzzi tub in the room was heaven. Due to the inclement weather, we were not able to go to the pool! So we did the next best thing in the jacuzzi! The front desk, cleaning staff, and hospitality were are very personable and professional! This is my new-go-to hotel of choice when I visit the area."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a 24hr IHOP connected was convenient. One of the elevators was often down but it wasn't very far of a walk to get to the other, working elevator. One of the drawers kept getting stuck but other than that, the room was great. The balcony was nice. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise one of the mornings. Overall, I would say it was worth the price. I would stay there again."
