"The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family. "

"First, I have to say that this place is absolutely stunning . Maybe I am just not use to the nice hotels, but i stubbled upon a total gem staying here . I am in and out of town often and i am thrilled and hopeful i get to stay here again . Of course, i try to budget my stays and for the price i paid, i'm in love with this place. The area is perfect for me and there are plenty of things to do in a short walk or drive to nice restaurants and shopping or enjoying a walk. The hotel itself is gorgeous. It feels cozy and modern. It is beautiful when you first walking in and breath taking as you go up in the elevators, I have never seen anything like it . The receptionist was outstanding and very knowledgeable, I enjoyed speaking with her at the check-in. Plenty of vendings and little things you need. I will not be able to try the breakfast, though I have heard from other guest that it is amazing and that it is something you don't want to miss out on. A shout out to anyone who is trying to find a hotel in this area, so not pass this one up, it is exquisite. The rooms are very large rooms and nice views all around. The beds, well those are amazing as well and I slept like a baby. Had everything I needed in the room to make my stay comfortable . Love the aircondition, I love cold and this one can definitely deliver on that. I want to say thank you to the staff around here too that keeps this place extremely clean, I never seen such a clean hotel. BOOK THIS HOTEL EVERYBODY"
