"We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. "The hotel was fine. However they could not verify my confirmation number I had from hotels.com. They said it had to start w a c. They told me that I had to call hotels.com. This was 10 pm at night. I had three little girls with me. I couldn't find a number and when I finally did I could not get ahold of any person. After 1.5 hours (even did chat )) I got a hold of a human and they could not help me. I never was able to prove my reservation. The hotel no longer had any rooms but magically found one I could pay. Higher price for. I still have not received my refund from hotels.com "
