"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. "I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!"

"I stayed there this past weekend and check in was very easy. They was a garage attached to the casino. They was also valet available. I only needed a photo ID and a debit card, there was a hold placed on my card, which was fine. The room was amazing! So beautiful, not a lot of light I’d say, but very nice and the shower was top tier. The alto steakhouse was realllyyyy good as well with a beautiful enclosed rooftop. I’d go back here 100%."

"The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell....

"Parking is easy, but location can make ingress and egress difficult. The property needs updating."
