"Pool was green and cold water. Could not have been safe to swim in. We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool and we couldn't even use it. Also the parking lot and surrounding area seemed very unsafe. Would not recommend for anyone."

"Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend."

Before leaving for the day, I stopped by the front desk and informed the staff of the problem. I explained that I had been inconvenienced by having to purchase coffee from Starbucks instead of using the in-room coffee maker. "Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)"
