I liked this hotel but I got the one bedroom suite. What I don’t like is that you must pass thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom. I purposely booked a room with a bedroom for a little more privacy from my other guest. But they had to keep coming thru the bedroom when I was sleeping.

We arrived around 10 P.M. after a long day of travel. Check-in staff were polite, but the hotel itself was disappointing. The hallways had stained carpets, and our room looked rushed—stains on the walls, crumbs in corners, and even broken toys left behind. The biggest issue was the sofa bed meant for our youngest child. When we opened it, we found multiple stains (some looking like blood), crumbs, and a damp, musty odor. It was completely unusable. When I called the front desk, we were told the hotel was sold out and the only option was to send someone to “clean it.” My child was too upset to use it and had to sleep with us. The next day I requested a room change or at least extra bedding, but was told none were available. Breakfast was also poor quality. Items like cinnamon sticks and sausage patties were frozen in the middle, suggesting they were microwaved. Staff apologized but offered no solutions. While the employees we interacted with were courteous, the lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and no resolution to serious concerns made for an uncomfortable stay. This property needs much better management. Sadly, we will not be returning.

I booked a 1 week stay and toward the end of my stay I had a bag of my belongings stolen while in a common area. When asked to have the cameras reviewed I was told they don't have camera's and as a single female I no longer felt safe. When checking out I asked the front desk attendant for a total before submitting payment amd she, Tyon refused to give me a total amd was told it will be on the receipt. I will not stay here again.

We reserved the room for one night to see a show at the Horseshoe Casino as suggested by the casino. I believe it was apts before a hotel and was spacious. It had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and even a garbage disposable.

Fridge wasn’t clean. Food still in it. Garbage still in trash and bedroom drawers. No soap. And the dishwasher smelt horrible like it has mildew. Missing a lot of pots and pans. The bbq area was dirty. Still had food and old charcoal in the grills. Couldn’t even cook. The lady serving breakfast had the worst attitude. The front desk was lovely. It was quiet. And I didn’t even get room service after I requested it. But for what I paid it was not clean at all.

Room size is nice, but not worth staying here. They tried to update the hotel, but was done very cheaply with just wallpaper and not much else. At night I had little flying bugs come out and fly to the lights. Couldn't tell where they were coming from but pretty gross. Not sure they ever vacuumed. Only 1 ice machine on 1st floor. Door to pool was broken. Breakfast was nothing special. Won't be back.

The staff is excellent. Jeremiah, Jennifer and Louis have been some of the greatest host for a property location. They have made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. There's not much I can say that I don't like about this location. The housekeeping staff is a little selfish with the towels and toiletries. But other than that...this place works very well with out budget and comfort levels.
