"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

The location in SoHo is fantastic, with countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and great places to walk and explore right outside the door. The staff was excellent throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and always helpful. As an Expedia VIP guest, I was hoping for a complimentary room upgrade, but it was not available. I ended up paying an additional $100 per night for an upgraded...
