I asked for Manager she said “manger will not be avalible until Monday .” I asked to change the room she said “ there is no room Avalible” I asked I don’t care if you put me on less of the room Just move me to other rooms away from Loud noises on pool she said “ there is no room avalible .” She needs to find another job she is not good for Customer service job . "we had a great time at the resort, the only disappointing thing was that the walkway to the sphere was closed and there was quite a few homeless /vagrant people hanging out on the sidewalk to get there. not a pleasant sight to see them picking thru the garbage. but the resort is great. food is amazing. room was spacious/ clean . we will be back again."

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned. There were hair all over the toilet and sink. Right by the headboard down on the ground there was a cup with yellow liquid that seems to be there for a while. Had to sanitize and wipe all the counter space and bathroom. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed."

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."
