"Room was clean. Nice bathroom amenities. The cleaning staff was super friendly and willing to give extra water and coffee upon request. The front desk is busy at times and the self check in kiosks are a little confusing. They have a pool, it looked nice and they include it in the resort fee, but it was way too cold to use that. The resort fee also covers valet parking, even though they still require a tip. IMHO, that should be a thing that should be asked about. Bowling and fun center right in...

"Room was clean and the staff was very nice. No issues while we were staying there. We aren't casino people, but came for a volleyball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we slept. The rooms were really quiet, allowing for a decent night sleep after a long day. "

"The room was clean, it was extremely noisy. The door was paper-thin and had a huge crack on top. That we could stuff an entire hand towel into. We were put in the oldest wing of the hotel. It was drafty noisy.
And dated.
The gym facility was outstanding.
To pay eight hundred dollars for 2 nights for this type of room is robbery."

"It is run down, very smoky (even in non-smoking rooms) and overall just an old hotel. We had a ridiculously bad experience with the check in for the party who we were traveling with and we were woken up several times at very late hours unnecessarily due to staff incompetence who gave them the key to our room and then called security. Not a great experience overall. "

"Hard to get through to the front desk from my room. Waited for the shuttle for 45 mins. I called and was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No one said that I had a call the shuttle service to tell them to come pick me up until after my second phone call 30 minutes later. "

"The Hotei is new but sits right next to the freeway and under a flight path for planes coming into land at the local airport. The decor is simple with lots of hard surfaces. So everytime a client opens or closed their room door the sound echoes down the hallways. The room doors don't close, they slam. The room amenities are minimal...one tiny shampoo and soap. No hair dryers. Small sized towels. A nice small kitchen but completely empty...so useless except for the refrigerator...unless you...

"On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept."

"These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. "

"Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms had plenty of space, full size refrigerator and microwave, with sink in room.
