"Staff were amazing especially a lady called Suzette. She was so helpful and friendly. We did not know about having to put the card in for electric, she was so nice. Our tv had not been switched on and the plugs were hidden behind but she came to the room and did it for us. Just a lovely person and a huge asset to the Ibis. Good place to stay for shopping or concerts at the coop. Thankyou Suz for helping us out and making us feel so comfortable being able to ask about things."
