"The room was very clean and had all the amenities my family needed for our stay. Area was quiet and close to the many things."

"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. Extremely inconvenient and even more so for seniors."

"Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish."

"Immaculately clean room with a great bathroom. The kitchen area has stove top and microwave oven but it's useless because absolutely no kitchenware is provided. In the cupboards and drawers there was just one mug, one bowl and one fork. No pots, pans, plates, knives, spoons or anything for preparing food. Nothing for washing-up either. At least there were towels in the bathroom, but no soap. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was a bit flimsy, meaning the April nights of my stay felt a little...

"This was our second time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint! Helpful staff, comfortable room, air conditioning, welcome gift and the most amazing breakfast made our stay so pleasant. The bar and restaurant on property are an added bonus. This hotel is worth it! Walking steps to the Guggenheim as well!"

"Outstanding location next to the river walk and Plaza Nueva, which is a legit stop for pintxos frequented by locals. Breakfast was a great deal for the price and fueled us for two days of sightseeing. Rooms were clean and spacious for a city. Would definitely recommend."
