"The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. "The property is right next to the Victoria station which is super convenient to get on the underground or the train back to Gatwick airport. The room is clean but its small. Love the amenities theyve provided i.e. espresso machine. However, if you need moisturizer you would have to bring your own. One little critique would be that there was a false fire alarm on night but their staff didnt effectively inform us and no one picked up the phone at the reception area. "

"Sloane Place.... is in the right place! The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. The room itself was not huge but was certainly adequate with TWO comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. "

"We hadnt actually booked this hotel, it was a last minute change from another booking. We certainly struck gold! The hotel is so central for the St James park tube station, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster & the Thames. "Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning.
