"Great location. You wouldn't even know it's in the top floor of a mall. Hotel has a private entrance to the street once you check in which was very convenient. Staff was very freindly, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet. Great walking location for anywhere in Edinburgh. We never even need a car. Coffee and croissants in the lobby were perfect for on the go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning an extended stiay in Scotland. "

"Great location with upgraded amenities! The bed was a little hard, and gym was an extra step, each time you visit, you need to check in and get a separate key. Staff was amazing and very welcoming in this boutique hotel. "

"Hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator in our room was said to be more of a cooler than refrigerator however everything in it was warm. Not cool in the least. Asked for it to be checked 3 times but nothing improved. Everything else, however, was very nice. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Staff were very pleasant. I would stay here again just for the location."
