"Comfortable stay, nice room, very clean & helpful staff"

"An absolutely superb hotel with excellent staff located in a beautiful area. The rooms are superb and the amenities excellent. An absolute joy to see and experience a really well ran boutique Hotel & Restaurant……definitely a 10/10"

"The room was clean, we had an issue with one of the beds and reported the following morning, had the room changed. Food was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay"

"Staff were friendly room was lovely and food exceptional. One criticism was charging point in car park only had css charging which does fit all electric cars but that isn't responsibility of the hotel as run independently, just would have been good to have other types of tethered fast charging leads."

"Friendly staff and nice clean room."

"Parking good, friendly"

"very helpful staff"

"Updated rooms really nice, staff great"

"The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes."

"Wow! What a find. The staff, food, rooms, parking…everything was top notch. We will definitely return. Thank you for a super stay."

"After staying here for an extended period of time, we’ve really gotten to appreciate the location and proximity to city center. The apartment is very spacious and all prior concerns quickly rectified."

"Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality. We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area."

"Truly a lovely place to stay. Kim and John were so friendly and welcoming. Location wise it's so convenient to get to NEC by train or taxi. Delicious breakfast and very cosy rooms. 10/10 no complaints."

"A very convenient location, great options for food/many restaurants next to the hotel. Spa was great & breakfast was very good as well."
