"Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Family of 4 stayed on 21st floor pre-Christmas. Fantastic location, 2 queen beds, sitting area, mini-fridge. Friendly and helpful staff, including daily housekeeping service. Nearby construction resulted in noise even on the 21st floor, but not enough to make us break out the white-noise generator that came with the room.
