Also there is no breakfast at the hotel, they do offer every morning coffee and tea with a muffin. Be a were that the windows are not sound proof and the park and street can be quite noisy."

"The room was clean with a good sized bathroom. The view from the Empire view room is well worth the upgrade and the rooftop bar is even better. Great for couples and close to many attractions."

The place was far from a resort - no amenities except a workout room and dining area. The bar was crowded so we bought drinks and took them to an area outdoors. "Good location and we asked for a view of Times Square which we had and was good. Not very sound proofed but the blinds were great at keeping the lights of the square out. Very confusing with the deposit for the room and then travellers fees being a credit at the restaurant which. Door staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was too small for such a big hotel and unlike the sister hotel in Washington there was no self managed laundry and limited water facilities. We are still very unclear...

"The staff was great! My husband and I celebrated our 34th anniversary and when we arrived in our beautiful room, there a bunch of goodies for us and a card! Just the little things make everything a wonderful experience."

"Great size hotel room and comfortable bed. Location was wonderful for us as we were centered around Broadway shows. Phone service wasn’t working so couldn’t communicate with the front desk and only every other floor had water refill stations. Overall I would recommend and would stay again."
