"The first thing was it was a room with no window and I’m pretty sure that’s against Code. There was another room across the hall that people were yelling and partying all night and we didn’t get any sleep. There really was no staff. We called someone on the phone and got codes to get in. This is not a hotel. There was scented products all over the room and as someone who reacts to scented products I think they should check that out first. The only note is there are a couple of stairs you must climb with luggage before you reach the elevator. "This hotel is well located and has great staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The cute elevators will 'floor' you! This is a great choice - we felt very safe in the hotel - outside it can be a little 'rougher' at night, but that is the same way I feel in Toronto. There is an everyday cleaning of the room which is really superb.
