"The best thing about the property is its location. Close to the train station, and within walking distance of almost everything. Amazing location! No breakfast offered, and no amenities. The air conditioner made a loud tapping noise consistently. We called the staff, and they said that someone would be there in the next morning to check on it. We were out on an excursion that next morning, so that should have been perfect. When we arrived back, the air conditioner was still doing the exact same thing. We called the staff, and they came to the room. We had set the temp on 19, and they suggested turning it up to stop the noise. We asked them to what number they would suggest, and they said 22-23. When we tried that, the room was too hot, and the noise was still present. We wound up buying ear plugs, and dealing with the noise."
