"Our room was exceptionally clean as was all other areas .The continental breakfast was amazing ,,the hotel is right in the centre of things. Fabulous stay."

"It is conveniently located near the Light rail and train station. The staff were helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant. The bed is so comfy to sleep in. Although breakfast is order in, there are plenty of foods nearby that is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"We had a room with a view of the street. Some rooms had views of surrounding walls. Cup left under bed from prior booking and wardrobe door required adjustment to close properly. Full length mirror located beside toilet ( not nice)so no use in checking attire.Bed was comfortable and well made. Some rooms recently renovated but not this one, however we only paid basic amount."

"The views over Sydney were absolutely amazing! Our accommodation was really spacious, beds, pillows, couches, even the dining chairs were comfortable. It had everything we needed. The free toiletries were sooo good! Then there’s the pool, spa, sauna and gym, was just the best stay. We will definitely be back and recommend to others to stay here. The staff were lovely and the location was so close to everything we needed."

"Very clean and well appointed room. Friendly, helpful staff. Appreciated the focus on sustainability (reusable water bottles in the room, filtered water station on each floor, reusable cloth shopping bag in each unit). Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shopping areas including Darling Harbour and Barangaroo. Really enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Clean room, the staff were very friendly, the kitchen had all of the pots, pans, etc needed. The laundry room came with detergent powder. 10/10 I recommend. They even have a very nice fitness center you can go to separated from the hotel about a 5 min walk."

"My family and my Pastor's family really enjoyed themselves. Not only pleased with the hotel by with the surrounding area as well. Nothing was a missed during their visit from the time they checked in and when they checked out. The staff are great and the food is delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great service. If we make another trip back to Sydney, we will book again with this Hotel. Again, Thank you"
