"good parking. a sign showing how to.get.into the hotel area would.be very helpful (ie at the traffic lights and roundabout) as took us a while and we used to live here! quilt lumpy but warm enough. loved the shower!"

"What a stunning place to stay. Majority of the staff encountered were pleasant friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and surrounding spa area was clean, however the changing rooms were rather small and cramped. Beautiful well maintained grounds"

"Just doe a night it was ok. There are lots of little things that just need a little attention to smarten up the hotel and make the experience a better for guests. Staff are helpful but seem a little complacent that’s how things are. Eg. Hotel rubbish outside in the walkway between the two car parks where staff also have a ‘smoking table’ with lots of ash, rubbish on the flat roof outside our window, mould on our window frame, sheet was too small for our bed frame and didn’t tuck in, fire door...
