Excellent stay at The Swan - a beautiful hotel in a stunning location right on the edge of the River Thames. The Boathouse pub was a super addition to the hotel, and dinner at Coppa Club was superb. Incredibly welcoming to our dog too. We will be back!

Excellent stay - comfortable room, nice river view, quiet night. Afternoon Tea enjoyable, as was dinner and breakfast. Service friendly and generally efficient. Boating hire well run too.

We stay here once each year for a function in London and we’re never disappointed. Staff are friendly and professional, which in our book is what makes a hotel special. The setting is lovely, right next to the river, and transport links into London are excellent. We always try to get a certain river suite so we can enjoy some time on the balcony watching the river and wildlife. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time although we had breakfast one morning, which was pretty good, albeit a bit expensive if you don’t get it in with your room price. All in all, another lovely stay and we will definitely be back ! Dave & Caz

Well appointed hotel by the river. Lovely, clean room but, unfortunately, a blocked and leaking sink in the bathroom that was not attended to detracted from our enjoyment of our stay. Trying to find anyone on reception to report it to was also challenging!

Loved the access to the river and the small boat facility. Lovely grounds. Some good restaurants nearby. Was a little bit cold with the air con on and every window and door open in the evening. Cab availability was expensive due to the fact they had to come a fair distance from their base. All in all though, a positive experience. We shall certainly return.

Great Could be Better

Great location, lovely hotel. Parking is good, there is a large free car park. The restaurant is good serving great meals. Only bugbear is that the service at breakfast is ok if you've got all day but not great if you want to get a move on. Why aren't you like other hotels where I can help myself to juice and cereal and that will shave 10 - 15 minutes off the time?
