"Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening)."

Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. "Not worth the money. You will wake up to construction every morning at 7am. The rooms need to be repainted. The mould in the shower should be fixed. I booked a jr suite and I was catfished. The quality of the room for what you pay is not worth it. The staff are good, restaurant is way over priced and not worth it. I would not recommend. For the same price stay at the St. Regis or intercontinental."

Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable...
