"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

"The building feels very new, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice lighting, A/C. The restaurant and airport shuttle are as good as everyone describes. Dinner was great and breakfast buffet for €10 pp was delicious! They have the nicest staff!! 100% recommend "

"The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk.."
