"The room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one plug socket in the middle of the room, not a convenient location. The breakfast was disappointing, we only ate it once then decided to eat out for the rest of the trip. Staff were friendly. The main issue is that the lift is very slow and small, trying to get out in the morning could take a while, we used the steps, but that wouldn't work for everyone, especially as we were on the 6th floor. Overall, a good stay in a good location."

"It’s very basic, economy everything. Starting from furnitures and worn carpets snd not comfortable beds to not fresh greens on very basic breakfast. It’s not 4 stars. It has to be 2 or maximum 3. Low standards of the furniture and furnitures. Location and staff/team work is good, thecrest is cheap snd on the level of 2 stars."

"My husband and I enjoyed greatly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well stocked and stylish. The location was excellent and easy to walk to several sites. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful. The corridor outside our room featured a wall of windows with a stunning view over the city. I would be quite happy to visit again."
