"The Trump Hotel was located in the best center place possible in the heart of Downtown Chicago, walkable distance to literally everything, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, walk by the river and boat tours, magnificent mile, millennium park and the bean, the willis skydeck... it's also Super clean! Fresh nice smell in the hallways and the rooms. Lake view room had the entire Downtown and the lake view covered. Super amazing!!!! Amenities top notch. Very polite and friendly staff. Terrace...

"The Loews Chicago Hotel is in an ideal location, just steps from the Riverwalk and within walking distance to many of the city’s top spots. The staff were consistently attentive and made the stay seamless from start to finish. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I would absolutely return."

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."
