"The location of this hotel can't be beat. You are a quick walk to all CTA lines, Metra, and bus stops. You can walk to the Riverwalk, magnificent mile, and Millennium Park. "Excellent location in downtown area. The staff was very friendly and kind by giving us a free upgrade since my wife and I were in town to celebrate of anniversary. The room was alway clean and has great amenities. I would recommend 100%"

The only tiny thing I could complain about was the beds being full-size instead of queen-size, but I knew that going in - it just would have been a better night’s sleep with that extra bed space!"
