Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin and ended up overflowing. Do not recommend at all for the price I paid!

They wouldn’t accept my booking. They said NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING!! So I lost out on my money and slept in my car… Also NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK
It was clean and everything worked...I would stay here again.

The staff was rude you had no way to control heat so it was cold no microwave no refrigerator no where to hang your coat or put your things just a nice looking room but not functional. I’ll never come back!

The place was terrible. There was no water pressure in the sink, the floor was rough and had huge gaps in the flooring places, the edge of the desk was chipped and damage, there wake up system was out of order, it was hard to find because the outside sign was out of order, there was no place & no hanger to hang your shirts, and you could not contact the front desk - the line was always busy and when I went to ask why "we take the phone off the hook". I took photos if you want to see them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had to change rooms bc the tv was snowy. And when I change room the refrigerator was leaking towel in the bottom of the refrigerator towel on the floor in front of the refrigerator they said they will come look at it got back to the room the refrigerator was not cold come to find out it was never plugged in and roach ran out of the tv remote the toilet i have to flushe it twice i wound never stay there again

I had hurt myself on something I had told them about from the start and I needed to have part of my toe cut off .. not ok because I am a type 1 diabetic so it’s so much more dangerous for me to have had this happen

The room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in and was missing sheets. The bathroom tub was sealed shut with electrical tape and there were roaches crawling on the floor.

When i arrived didnt look like the pictures. Then i had to wait 10 minutes for my room as it wasnt even cleaned or ready yet. Got into my room and it was clean enough to stay for the night. No bugs. Some person was screaming on top of her lungs, running around for her key back to whoever she was with. Pounding on the door and floor above us. Super sketchy outside. But the front desk people were very nice! Id stay if i had to rest but thats about it.

I wish I could give this no stars. They said we violated the rules having our crockpot. We were staying for 10 days. They gave us a choice of paying $250 or getting out we chose to leave as our stay was broken up into three reservations and they said we were not gonna get our money back for remainder of our stay and we had two days left of that stay. She told us don’t move when she took video of our crockpot. I’ve worked for Wyndham for five years and I’ve never had to do that to anybody over an appliance. It wasn’t a gas range stove or anything like that. What was worse was she gave us a choice to leave and she still tried to charge $250 on top of keeping our night stays that we had left. We were staying from California and she us out in 15 minutes over a crockpot on the holidays. It was Christmas Eve ..as a front desk person who’s been in the business since 2005, I’ve never had to do that to anybody and I’ve never had it done to me. Place is unkept Neither AC worked in the room and one of the bathroom doors to the first room was completely broken like somebody had busted it down before. My boyfriend didn’t want me to stay alone there. It was dirty. There wasn’t even a hook to hang anything up. Only four working channels,phone didn’t have buttons to call. They were all ripped out definitely would not recommend
