This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE! The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport. Think twice before booking here...

I needed an inexpensive place to stay near Midway and this hotel fit the bill. I am pretty tolerant of cheap hotels. This one was different. First, after hotels.com confirmed that I had the place reserved, this hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me and I ended up paying a higher price than what was listed on hotels.com. Luckily there was still a room available as I arrived at the hotel after dark. The room was dirty with rust around the faucets in the bathroom. And, annoyingly, the room had an unpleasant funny smell, like really stale cigarettes. On the positives, the air temperature was easy to control, better than most hotels. The wifi worked well. It is a quick and easy bus ride from Midway, and the hotel is in a neighborhood with good shopping choices (Starbucks, Dunkin Donut, Best Buy, a grocery store). I would not stay in this hotel again.

I reserved a room and chose the option to pay once I get to the hotel. I call ahead of time and let them know what time I’ll be arriving and he said ok but once I arrived to the hotel he had given my room away to someone and basically said he don’t care. Horrible experience, horrible manager. The front desk lady was understanding and polite.

To start we had we reserved a Jacuzzi suite. We knew we would be arriving late so we had called ahead to let them know that we were still coming but would be later than the 3pm check in. Upon arrival we had been told our room had been sold since Expedia did not take payment for the room it wasn't officially our room so we accepted a deluxe room for the first night and were switched to the Jacuzzi the next. The deluxe room left much to desire as it was no different than a regular hotel room other than a rather large-cracked- mirror mounted above the bed. The remote they gave us for the TV did not work for the TV in this room. Asked for another and were told they did not have any. The bathtub faucet leaked the entire night. Bed was comfy at least. The next morning we went to turn the keys in for our switch. The gentleman behind the desk said to ask about a partial refund when we came back that evening because we didn't get the room we reserved. He did give us a key to the room we would be going into but did not activate it as there were people in there. When we came back to the hotel that night to get the key activated and a remote for the TV we were told that they didn't have any remotes and if one became available they would bring it to us- never happened in the next two days. The Jacuzzi half worked. The shower was dirty. The room smelled of baby powder and perfume to the point we had the door open for sometime to air it out. The bed was terrible. Overall stay somewhere else

I checked in and went to my room and left without staying The hotel is in such horrible condition. And part of the hotels roped off like a construction zone. Bed doesn’t have clean sheets, just a think bare blanket that could have come from goodwill I ended up sleeping in my car, that’s how bad it make me feel

Do not stay here! There was no hot water throughout the whole building the night we stayed. We had the king size jacuzzi suite and there was mold in the bathroom all over the shower walls. There were bugs all over the room. Some kind of water bugs. The king size bed was hard and there was two pillows that was flat. It’s the worst place I have ever stayed in. Save your money! And Expedia was no help. No refund no consequences to the property

Definitely won’t stay here again. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even in “non-smoking” rooms. The whole room was gross, the towels hanging were wet and had other people’s hair on them and were stained with a brown something (we got new towels but were also stained). There were dead bugs and other peoples hair all over the floor. The shower was constantly leaking. The bedsheets looked as if they hadn’t been changed and were also stained. There were not any bed bugs, thankfully. If you have low standards and just need a place to crash, this was a cheap place to sleep. Don’t expect any amenities & be mindful of your surroundings, our uber drivers told us to “be careful” multiple times over the weekend.

We checked in and were given a smoking room that smelled like pure cigarette smoke and had to be relocated because we registered for a non-smoking room. The room was basic, not deluxe; besides, it had a mirror on the ceiling above the bed. There was little to no water pressure in the shower and in the wash basin outside the bathroom. We also had an iffy room door that had a dent in it and did not close all the way without applying additional pressure to close. We also had to bring the remote back and get another one due to it not working with the TV in the room. We tried our best to make it work, but it was hard to enjoy the stay when we paid over $300 and felt unsafe; the water pressure was weak, rooms smelled like smoke, and some shady characters were walking in and around the space.
