Terrific place to stay. Amazing staff were so helpful. The gal at the Valet Desk was literally running to get our vehicle - she and the valet staff were all amazing. Great area- so close to everything: Michigan Ave; Riverwalk, Navy Pier, great restaurants and bars, amazing shopping.

The room we stayed in had issues with the AC and the bathtub drainage. It was fixed by the staff but it was inconvenient for the first two days of our stay. Great location, but the hotel overall need maintenance. Breakfast is included, but pretty basic though. Staff is friendly

Hotel was in very convenient location and staff were all fairly friendly. Was pretty disappointed that we didn’t get the lake view room that we had reserved, tho the city view was pretty cool as well. The kitchen room in our hotel the a/c must not have been working as it never got colder than 75°. Worked fine in the bedroom tho. We ended up parking our vehicle very far away from the hotel due to the huge fee charged for overnight parking. Would have really added up over 7 days. Breakfast saved us a lot of money each day!

Decent. Suite size was great. Clean. Ceiling in bathroom shower needs repaired. Breakfast very basic -bland. Breakfast bar Had no regular coffee on day one- they were out. Ummmm go buy some! Also, they were out of bottled water first day to purchase or for Hilton honors members ! Ummm again go buy some and they apparently did day 2. Location extremely close to Northwestern hospital which was our goal. All staff was great… valet, bellman Robert went above and beyond. Front desk staff warm and welcoming, and friendly efficient housekeeping staff! Overall a very good stay … they could update a bit and always have coffee with caffeine at breakfast !

Staff was pleasant, and the location was great. But the hotel was outdated and not well maintained. Our first room, someone had to come 3 times to fix the air conditioner, after the 3rd time we had to switch rooms, which is always annoying. Plus, the handle had to pushed up, now down for the door to open. Also, I’m a gym person, and there gym was poor. Only had dumbbells up to 45 pounds, no treadmill. Breakfast was ok at best.
