Got stuck in Chicago after missing a connection at o’hare. Checked in around 11pm . The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and even allowed me a late check out since my flight wasn’t until 6pm the next day.

Staff was very friendly, check in was fast. The room could have been cleaner, I noticed some stains in the carpet and on the bathroom counter, and some hairs in the bathroom. The wallpaper was also bubbling off the wall. It was a fine place to crash for the night
